These regulations refer to the Statute of the Association CASE PIEMONTESI Bed & Breakfast - Asti and are made up of 11 articles.
ASSOCIATION FEES
Founder member € 60
Ordinary member € 60
Supporter € 20
Half-yearly fee € 40 (for memberships in the second semester of the year)
ASSOCIATION OFFICES
They will be defined by the Assembly.
However, all members will have an active role inside the Association.
ADMITTANCE OF NEW MEMBERS
The admittance of new members is subordinate to the decision of the Board of Directors.
The applications will be examined twice a year, generally in January and July.
Minimum requirements for the admittance are explained in our Quality Charter.
STRUCTURES
The tourist structures, different from hotels, which can become members of the association are:
a) bed & breakfast with maximum 3 rooms
b) private house with maximum 6 rooms
c) country house with maximum 6 rooms, only for overnight stays or also with restaurant service.
MEMBERS ASSEMBLY
The Assembly will be generally held three times a year, at the main office of CONFESERCENTI, Via Milliavacca 3, Asti, approximately in February, June and November.
The members will always receive a notice of the meeting with the correct date and hours of the Assembly.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETINGS.
The Board of Directors will meet once a month; the venues of these meetings will be selected each time.
HONORARY MEMBERS
The Association contemplates the possibility of nominating some Honorary members, with no obligation to pay the association fee.
The reasons of these nominations will have to be unanimously approved by the Founder members.
The Honorary members already nominated are:
Laura Pesce – sommelier – teacher at Scuola Alberghiera di Agliano (Hotel-management School of Agliano)
Cristina Rovero – marketing teacher – tutor of the 1° training course for B&B managers
USE OF THE LOGO
The Association logo can be used by the members upon a control visit of the structure by one or more members of the Board of Directors.
COMMUNICATION AMONG MEMBERS
The primary means of communication among the members of the Association, if availabel, is e-mail.
We invite the members who don't have this means to inform the Board of Directors.

The association fees or any special contribution approved by the Assembly can be paied cash or through the following BancoPosta account:

The members will receive a regular receipt of payment that they will hand during the assemblies.
